• One session – 7 hours of mediation (9:30am to 5:30pm).
• The administrative fee will be the same for online mediation.

• Other expenses incurred by the mediator, such as secretarial assistance, expert opinion, etc., will be charged on actual commercial value‌.

•The filing fee must be paid by the initiating party at the time of filing of request. 
•Once the mediator is appointed, the requesting party shall make a deposit for 1 session of mediator fee, administrative fee and venue for mediation.
   If the mediation is abandoned due to the absence of the opposite party or due to non-agreement in the first session itself, the balance amount will be       refunded to the requesting party. 
•If the parties agree to schedule another mediation, both parties shall always keep a deposit of mediator and administrative fee of the sessions in                 advance. After the conclusion of the mediation, all fees and costs will be calculated and reimbursed if needed.
