Before a dispute:

‌Any dispute, difference or controversy arising out of or in relation to this contract, including any questions in relation to its existence, validity or termination, shall be first submitted for the mediation procedure facilitated by the Korea International Mediation Centre (KIMC) in accordance with the Mediation Rules of the KIMC.

After a dispute:

‌Any dispute, difference or controversy between the parties, notwithstanding the commencement of any other proceedings, shall be submitted for the mediation procedure facilitated by the Korea International Mediation Centre (KIMC) in accordance with the Mediation Rules of the KIMC.
